The Commissaire Panel acts on behalf of the UCI and is responsible for the staging event in accordance with the rules and regulations that govern the sport.
In respect to the regulations outlined by the Race Organization, the Commissaire Panel will enforce these requirements as part of the overall staging of the event.
In the event of any change to procedure an official notice will be prepared and distributed to all team managers outlining all details. |
